4. Orders

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.
  • An order is considered accepted only when you receive an order confirmation from us.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are stated in euros (€) unless otherwise noted.
  • Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your location.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method before shipment or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Shipping costs is calculated manually and included in the invoice.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon pickup.

7. Returns and Cancellation

  • Customers have the right to cancel online orders within 14 days in accordance with Finnish and EU consumer legislation, unless the product is made-to-order or customized.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.

8. Warranty

  • Kinner-Car products come with a warranty as specified in the product documentation or sales agreement.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty service requires proof of purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AJL-Speedshop Oy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use Kinner-Car products in accordance with all applicable laws and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain your vehicle and components properly to ensure safe operation.
  • Not engage in illegal or unsafe modifications.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, texts, and images relating to Kinner-Car and AJL-Speedshop Oy remain the exclusive property of the Company.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
